Promotional Opportunities

Our members consist mostly of local film artists, such as actors, writers, directors, producers, music composers, and production crew.  Friends and family may also attend our screening and awards events.

The OIF film group started in 2016, with seven members, screening local shorts in the back room of a bar. Today, our group numbers over 12,000 members.
Screenings are mostly held at commercial theaters. A truly magical experience for everyone not to be missed!

Award Presentation Sponsorship


Award Sponsor ($200.00)

This Sponsorship Item is not Available for the Current Event

Purchase and present, on behalf of the recipient, one of the prestigious crystal awards to a winner on stage. Example: “Best Cinematography for Drama – presented by {Your Company}”. Your company name will on promotional material surrounding the award being presented. Listings can hyperlink your name to a website. Please keep any promotional dialogue while on stage to one minute or less. Your logo will be presented on the big screen throughout the awards ceremony presentation.

Screening Event Sponsorship


Pass Sponsor ($150.00)

Logo – You supply a print-ready logo for placement on ALL passes. Not the background color is usually black and the image must resolve to well at about 1 inch by 1 inch, since passes are relatively small. Most people will keep the passes long after the event.

Short Title and QR Code on ALL Passes – You supply a link to a website, an email address, or a phone number. Our team creates the QR Code, which can be scanned with a smartphone.

All sponsors receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the Networking and Awards gala.
Sponsors will additionally have their logos placed in the following:

  • On-screen, at the beginning of the screening and during breaks between blocks on the Big Screen at the venue. (3x in Orlando)
  • “Shout out” on other promotional material, such as the OIF website and social media channels, with over 13,000 Central Florida followers.
  • Placement in the next OIF Gazette edition.

Our event promos reach an audience of up to 50,000 people in the Central Florida Area Market, via websites, social media, local ads, magazine articles and other mentions!

Corporate Sponsorship

Corporate Sponsor ($2,500.00)

Your Company’s 15-second commercial, supplied by you, will run one time per genre on the Silver Screen in the theater for every OIF Screening throughout the year. Please contact us if you need us to produce the commercial for you.

    We are OIF, the Orlando Independent Filmmakers, the original Chapter of the Organization of Independent Filmmakers (“OIF”), an open and diverse group of film creatives with varied levels of experience.

    In a competitive industry, we stand for the belief that everyone deserves a chance to grow and receive the opportunity excel.

    We encourage our filmmakers to work diligently to perfect their craft, collaborate, help others, and challenge themselves. There will always be more to learn and to experience ahead.

    We love nothing more than to see our members improve and shine. We believe in people working together and that nothing is impossible if you are determined to reach your goals.

    We appreciate all our members’ hard work and commitment in helping us grow a local independent film industry. We thank those who support the film arts.

    Our main goal is to help individual, local talent advance and network by learning, supporting, and inspiring each other.

    Collectively, this helps to grow the Florida film community.

    We provide a platform for the novice filmmaker to the more experienced. Everyone has the chance to hone their skills, learn, and perfect their art through hands-on practice.

    All our filmmakers are given a chance to showcase their work and receive awards of recognition by a panel of judges at various red-carpet events several times a year.

    OIF is not a film festival entity, it is a community of challenging journeys from script-to-screen that each member of the cast and crew take together. These help everyone involved improve their talents and perfect their craft.

    Engaged OIF members are never idle. They are constantly working on new scripts, producing new films, and celebrating new talent.

    Our platform helps filmmakers, talent and crew gain hands-on experience. It provides networking opportunities and showcases their works by presenting them at several Hollywood-style events throughout the year.
