Promotional Opportunities

Our members consist mostly of local film artists, such as actors, writers, directors, producers, music composers, and production crew.

The OIF film group started in 2016, with seven members, screening local shorts in the back room of a bar. Today, our group numbers over 12,000 members.
Screenings are mostly held at commercial theaters. A truly magical experience for everyone not to be missed!

Event Details

event hall Table Sponsor ($100.00)

Table provided at the Award Ceremony so you can promote your product or service to attendees.

  • Name/company name, title or affiliation, and logo or headshot will appear on the main screen at the event as an Award Sponsor. Example graphics title: “Best Cinematography for Drama – presented by {Your Company}”.
  • Listed as an award sponsor in the current OIF Gazette, both printed and digital editions Listings can hyperlink your name to a website.
  • Entry for one person to man table Inside the Event Hall (Lobby tables are $75, when available, no entry to Hall).

Award Sponsor ($150.00)

Gift and present on stage, one of the prestigious crystal awards to a recipient.

  • Name/company name, title or affiliation, and logo or headshot will appear on the main screen at the event as an Award Sponsor. Example graphics title: “Best Cinematography for Drama – presented by {Your Company}”.
  • Listed as an award sponsor in the current OIF Gazette, both printed and digital editions Listings can hyperlink your name to a website.

Terms:
Keep any promotional dialogue on stage to a maximum of 15 seconds so as not to take away from the recipient’s moment.
Qualified graphics must be supplied by the required deadline.


Pass Sponsor ($150.00)

This sponsorship item is no longer available for the Current Event

Logo – You supply a print-ready logo for placement on ALL event passes.
or
Short Title and QR Code on ALL Passes. You supply a link to a website, an email address, or a phone number. Our production team creates the QR Code, which can be scanned with a smartphone.

Terms:
Note the background color is usually black and the image must resolve well at about 1 inch by 1 inch. Most attendees will keep the badges (“passes” on a lanyard) long after the event.

Your support helps cover programming costs so creatives can produce and showcase works everyone can enjoy.

Corporate Sponsorship

Corporate Sponsor ($2,500.00)

  • Your Company’s 15-second commercial, supplied by you, will run one time per genre on the Silver Screen in the theater for every OIF Screening throughout the year. Please comment in the form if you need us to produce the commercial for you or interested in exploring other means of support.
  • Company logo on all badges throughout the year.
  • Company logo in all the OIF Gazette editions for the year.
  • Company logo and listing as a “corporate sponsor” in the OIF independentfilmmakers.org site.

Terms:
Valid for an entire fiscal year. Must be booked at least 30 days prior to start of the year to book.
Qualified graphics must be supplied by the required deadline.

Screening Event Sponsorship

All Screening Event Sponsors Receive the Following:

All sponsors receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the Networking and Awards gala.
Sponsors will additionally have their logos placed in the following:

  • On-screen, at the beginning of the screening and during breaks between blocks on the Big Screen at the venue. (3x in Orlando)
  • “Shout out” on other promotional material, such as the OIF website and social media channels, with over 13,000 Central Florida followers.
  • Placement in the next OIF Gazette edition.
